20 Agents (1st/2nd Shifts) All of our Agents are employed by our US Client to carry out their transcribing services, which consist of captioning and subtitling movies, documentaries, cartoons, sitcoms, etc. Presently, our client has requested that we upgrade our operations and take on 100 agents with the ability to add more agents after the first 100 are in place and operational.
