Make outbound calls to introduce and sell the company’s products/services to prospective or existing clients (businesses/consumers) Responsible for Lead Generation/Sales/Customer Service Ensure that quality lead/sale is produced For INBOUND: Responds to and supports customer requests For NON-VOICE: Provides high level support to customers via email and chat REQUIREMENTS: Above average oral and written English communication skills Graduate of at least 2-yr vocational course or 2-yrs in College (incoming 3rd yr with no back/incomplete subjects) Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays and possibly weekends.
