What is the cover of warranty of cignal cable services?

before reloading it again after 6 months..its stock up unit(cignal cable)and now we get some prob.on wired or antenna of cable cause by natural disaster(bad weather).i ask help to fix it..they said we need to be charge..but i ask them coz i didnt yet reach the 1yr.service warranty.it will end up to sept.16,2013..so i still hav weeks before the duedate..is tht still be cover the services of it?hope u may help me with this prob.thnx
