i dont like the branch manager in mercury drug in puregold valenzuela city... im a pwd so im after for the discount so i want to have emergency medicine like neozep non drowsy / alaxan fr / flanax forte / bioflu ... you can buy this over the counter since im a pwd i need a prescription to my doctor, right? but the manager seems like she feel like a doctor and asked a lot of things of this medicine how and when i will take it and if i know how to many times and how many days should i have to take it.... OMG even you answer all her question still she want to give you only 6 or 5 pcs each... i dont know what kind of logic or reason is that... at the end i didnt buy anything and its better to go to watson drug store coz no more question asked if you buy those medicine with a prescription then you just present your id and medicine purchase pamplet. before i really patronized buying medicine in mercury drug for my mother monthly maintenance and some medicine at home but now im sorry to say but its better to buy to watson drug store. There’s nothing to lose on me there are lots of drug store where you can buy.... but you will lost lots of clients if the manager will be like this. Dont treat the customer like a dumb person im just buying a over the counter medicine with prescription coz im a pwd.

The manager in Mercury Marikina Shoe Avenue branch has NO heart for people like who badly needs help at that time when i bought medicine from their branch. She has no heart to listen and decide for whatever help she can extend to a costumer like me.
My 63 year old mother was rushed to the hospital ER on October 14, 2018 at around 9.30 AM. I was asked to buy the needed medicine so i opted to go to the nearest mercury drug which is at shoe avenue. It was raining that time but i went through the rain because i wasnt able to bring umbrella with me. But the medicine that i need is not available so the PA asked me to go back to the hospital to ask if the medicine available will be approved by the doctor. Since we were at the hospital as early as 9.30am i was just using my left over battery. I asked the PA if i can charge even for 5min to call my brother who was with my mom in the hospital to check if the medicine is available is ok. BUT THE MANAGER DID NOT ALLOW ME. THE MANAGER ASKED ME IF IT IS EMERGENCY. I TOLD HER THAT I WILL CONTACT MY BROTHER BECAUSE WE WERE AT THE ER. HER FACE DOESN'T SEEM LIKE WILLING TO HELP. I told her sige maam salamat na lng po sa tulong. Then the PA just said sorry to me. I WAS SO STRESSED THAT TIME THAT I NEEDED TO GO THROUGH THE RAIN JUST TO ASK for that medicine. They didnt extend any help. That help is actually beyond their job but as a human bring who actually can perceive the need. I checked the charging station of 7-11 on the other side but the charging station is out of order. So i need to go back to the hospital. I was able to get the name of the manager because i asked the cashier when i bought gatorade in their store. I told the cashier and the one who assisted me that the manager is kind and thank her on my behalf. (But the opposite of what happened) The manager Anna Cornel. I just do not know how it spelled..

I will mention their names, Lorie and Jay, nakapila ako sa senior, nakita na nila ako lalo na yung Lorie, pero hindi niya ako inasikaso, kalma ako dahil baka nga naman hindi siya sa senior naka assign, ang tagal naming pumila dun! Supposedly pag senior diba priority, hanggang sa sunod sunod na ang dumating, tapos tatanungin nila Jay at Lorie kung sino una dumating, eh nakita naman nila ako ang sumunod sa isang ine entertain na senior.
