We have no input signal since Sunday and worst is I can not get through your phones - always busy!!!. The service is getting worst, even if there is no storm or power interruption the signal just stop. I think we shoud get refund when we have no connection as we are paying monthly service meaning 30-31 days. We have no connection for 4 days now.
