How to Activate My BDO ATM or Passbook Account for Online Banking If I'm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

So it means the registration is still pending. May I remind you to please activate it as soon as possible because as an OFW we really need the online banking particularly the balance inquiry to monitor our savings or remittances. Good day! I opened a kabayan savings account more than 2 years ago before i went to work at Saudi branch is at Padre faura A. Mabini Manila... after two years i went back to philippines and stayed there for 3 months and I went to USA for vacation and still currently here. I withdraw a certain amount from my kabayan card and was able to get it. But the next time i did a withdrawal it won't dispense any money at all and i even tried on another atm. Is it because i am in a different location and how can i be able to solve this and get my money as I needed some of it to spend on vacation? Thank you!

I am a seafarer, I already enrolled my dollar savings account to your online banking system, but the problem is I can not activate my atm through bdo atm machine for I am currently onboard now, and I can not choose the other option also to select outside the philippines because I don't have a permanent place my ships travels all around the world but the good things we have an internet connection onboard so this is the only I can monitor my account.. Is it possible to activate my atm without using atm machines? or can you just please advice what is the best thing to do. I hope that there another way to activate it, i have the activation code already..
