Metrobank announces their latest promo, the "MetroCar and MetroHome loan promo" that offers best car and home loan deals. Below is their promo mechanics you should read:
MetroCar and MetroHome Loan Promo Mechanics
1. This promo is open to all MetroCar and MetroHome loan applications received from July 22 to October 18, 2011.
2. Application for the loan must be received from July 22 to October 18, 2011 and subsequently approved.
For MetroHome, loans should be booked/availed within 90 days from date of loan approval.
For MetroCar, loans should be booked/availed within 60 days form date of loan approval.
Minimum loan amount of Php500,000.00 for MetroCar loan and minimum loan term of at least 12 months.
Minimum loan amount of Php1,000,000.00 for MetroHome loan and minimum loan term of at least 5 years.

For MetroHome loans
A SODEXHO Premium Pass worth Php 5,000 will be given to qualified loan borrowers for both Metro Manila and countryside.
4. Qualified borrowers may redeem the FREE e-fuel card (for MetroCar) or the SODEXO Premium Pass Coupons (for MetroHome) within 60 days from date the loan is booked.
5. E-fuel cards will be accepted at selected participating service stations of the e-fuel card provider.
6. SODEXO premium pass coupons will be accepted at selected SODEXHO accredited shops nationwide.
7. The MetroCar and MetroHome loan promo cannot be availed of together with other promos/special considerations. Should the borrower choose to avail of other promos, entitlement to the incentives of the MetroCar promote shall be forfeited. The borrower shall advise the Bank, in writing, of intention to avail of other promos/special considerations or of not availing the promo at all.
8. E-fuel cards and SODEXHO premium pass coupons will be given to qualified borrowers through the branch where their loans are booked.
