Rural Bank of Ronda, Inc (RB Ronda)

The Monetary Board of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), in its Resolution No. 783 dated 26 May 2011, approved the establishment of a rural bank in the Municipality of Ronda, Province of Cebu, to be known as the Rural Bank of Ronda, Inc.

The Bank's Articles of Incorporation and its By-Laws were registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 13 September 2011. Its Certificate of Authority to Operate as a rural bank was issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas on 21 December 2011 and it started actual operation on 5 January 2012. - https://www.affordablecebu.com/
