As Per my New Company hnd daw ma transfer ung sa BIR 033 to 057. As Per BIR daw i have a Business 043.
eh but before po sa Work ko hnd ako sinabihan na ganyan ung sa BIR ko. eh matagal na naman akong kinakaltasan ng TAX bakit ngaun lang lumabas yang with business daw ako. Please help naman po. since birth wala akong pinapatayong Business. Since 2007 employed lang po ako. Thanks Again.

Goodmorning ask ko lang sana kung pwede pa ma refund ang double payment ng tax. May transaction po kasi kami na nadoble ang bayad naman for the month of May and nagpunta na po kami sa Naguillan Office but still no response. I hope you will not snob this matter. May gusto langpo akong itanong tungkol sa tax declaration.. May nabili po kasi akong bahay dito sa dasma cavite..binayaran ko na po ng cash sa HOME MORTGAGE.. Kaya lang po yung mga requirements na kailangan sa pag transfer ng title kagaya po ng deed of sale e 3 to 5 years pa daw po bgo marelease..
Pwede po b ako mg bayad ng tax kahit wala akong deed of sale.. Ang pwede lang daw nila maibigay sa akin ay duplicate of title saka certificate na nabili ko na yung property..sa Amilyar po nag bayad na ko kahit hindi pa nkapangalan sa akin..
Ano po ba ang dpt kong gawin??
