good day sir/mam hi and hello, im requesting for investigation as to the validity of these very hot negosyo now adays, the vita plus dealership. Their is that certain person approached me and trying to elude me to buy daw this herbal product for 7000 pesos lang daw for me to become his network and in doing so i will also market person in they same manner he does under my line to become my network In return we will be earning thousands of pesos every week. As a proof he shows a amount of check payable to his name, drwer vita plus. In deed very encouraging. I heard about this certain operation a long time ago selling certain product in fact they have these rented space as unit of thier H.O to prove their existence. Many people were convince and invested is this difficult time with impressive return the money. Only to their fault they ended up a hot victim for their investment went through the the wrong hands of the master of deceit. The scam/pyramiding operation. Im am very descent person , a law abiding citizens , with a minimum income net of tax for an employed man enough for my family. My question as follows
1. do they have this license to carry out this operation? 2. do they have this registration permit?. 3. are they paying correct taxes?do they this BIR tax permit? 4. is this kind of dealership carried out by individual as marketer have the authority to represent their company? 5. What assurance we could have so as not to fall victim from this modus/operation?

5yrs n po akong employed sa ibat ibang company dito sa sa new company ko binabawasan po nila ako ng tax na 25% sa incentives ko ok lang po ba yun kahit wala pa akong TIN #? nang tumawag po ako sa kanila (company accounting ) sabi po nila dapat daw po ako nag aapply nang TIN # qo. e saan po kaya nila nilalagay yung 25% na tax na kinakaltas nila sa akin?
meron na po akong existing na TIN number ang kailangan ko pa ay ang kopya nang application ko para sa bagong ina-aplyan kung kumpanya saang branch po ba ako pwede kumuha ang dati ko pong work address ay emerald avenue, ortigas, pasig city. may babayarabn po ba ako at kung kukuha na din ako nang panibago kug ID...pls reply asa pa..thanks
Alam niyo po ba kung gaano kabastos mga empleyado nyo sa bir pasay parang walang pinagaralan lalo na mga matatandang babae na naasign sa receiving and registration counter nagdadabog kapag nagpapareceive ka parang ayaw na nila magwork lage mga galit... I just wanna know if it's possible for a resigned employee, who's been part of the company for a year and 1 month, to have no tax refund. I resigned last February of this year. I suppose the tax deducted from me for the last two months, January and February of this year, will be automatically be refunded to me since my gross income per anum did not meet the bracket of the taxable income. ask ko lang po kung panu po ang computation sa BIR, mag 8 months po kami sa work and sabi po wala po kaming makukuhang tax refund at ung iba payables pa kahit wala pang 1 yr.... dapat di ba nakukuha ang refund by the month of december sa ofc po namin until now wala pa then last minute sasabihin nila wala kaming refund. eh ang laki ng kinakaltas na tax sa amin every pay day. please email me thanks!

Good day po. the 2 persons mentioned above have 2 criminal pending cases of ESTAFA. they have submitted receipts with big amounts but is not inssued by the BIR. Is it possible that we can present you the receipts and hearing case schedules? I am a concerned citizen and up to now they are still doing the same business even if DTI told us that they will not be given a license renewal due to their pending cases... WE would like to request if it is possible that you can construct an investigation. we will submit all the documents personally including thei checks they issued. thank you very much. saan po ako pwedeng mag inform tungkol sa company na walang official reciept na binibigay sa client, provisional receipt lang ang ini issuie nila sa client, hindi rin sila nag dedeclare ng talagang income nila, wala silang notebook from bir kaya pag may nag tatanong sa kanila wala silang maipakita. ang isang client 50k ang price ang pinakamababa, for 1 year meron silang 300 client. pati mga empleyado nila hindi nagbabayad ng tax. thanks may
