Further to Alliance Select Foods International, Inc.'s disclosure to the public on February 8, 2012 regarding the company's increase in stake in its Indonesian subsidiary, PT International Alliance Foods Indonesia, it had informed the public that under Indonesian law change of ownership structure is subject to approval by BKPM (Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board) and Departemen Hukum Dan Hak Asasi Mannsia (Department of Law and Human Rights).
