In line with this, the Company will have to amend and cancel its old outstanding stock certificate and issue a new one for each shareholder in return.
The Company had laid down the following procedures to its stakeholders regarding the amendment of old stock certificates.
TRADING OF STOCKS USING THE OLD CERTIFICATES
Stockholders are allowed by the Company to actively transact their investment publicly using the old stock certificates indefinitely. However, said certificates will be cancelled and new certificates will be issued every transaction. Cancellation of the old stock certificates and issuance of new stock certificates will be done through the facilities of the Company's stock transfer agent, Securities Transfer Services, Inc. (STSI).
CANCELLATION AND REPLACEMENT OF OLD STOCK CERTIFICATES
Stockholders are not required to surrender/submit their old stock certificates to the Company's stock transfer agent. Normal course of public transaction will continue. Cancellation and replacement of old stock certificates will be done every public transaction. The Company's stock transfer agent will facilitate the change and issuance of the new stock certificates.
