Bloomberry Resorts Corporation in a Board Meeting held on June 25, 2012 approved the following resolution: To authorize the signing by the Company or its subsidiary Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels Inc. of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), together with the other licensees of PAGCOR in the Bagong Nayong Pilipino Entertainment City.
