Please be advised that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of Chemrez Technologies, Inc. held on June 18, 2012, the Board approved the declaration of cash dividends for stockholders of record as of July 18, 2012, as follows:
"RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that CHEMREZ TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (the "Corporation"), through its Board of Directors, declare a regular cash dividend at Six centavos (Php0.06) per share and a special cash dividend at Six centavos (PhpO.06)per share or a total of Twelve centavos (Php0.12) per share to all stockholders of record as of July 18, 2012, payable on August 13, 2012."
