Claim made by Sun Ivy Joint Venture Co. Ltd. against IPVG Corporation's former subsidiary, IP Contact Center Outsourcing

IPVG Corp. (the "Company”) announced today that it has been informed that a claim against its former subsidiary, IP Contact Center Outsourcing, Inc. (IPCCO) has been made by Sun Ivy Joint Venture Co. Ltd ("Sun Ivy”), a Vietnamese company, in connection with the supply of equipment to IPCCO’s former BPO operations in Vietnam. The Company has clarified that it is no longer connected with IPCCO, as it was no longer operational, and pursuant to the resolution of the Board of Directors to dispose of non-operational subsidiaries, was sold to a new owner as part of the privatization undertaken by the Company in October 2011.
