PLDT,

We requested for a landline transfer since May 25 but until now (June 29) our request is not yet fulfilled!!! What's keeping it so long!!? Is that what you call customer satisfaction!!???

Do it fast!! Our monthly bill is not cut!! The bill still continues even though we don't have the phone and the internet anymore!

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Good Day! I had been waiting for my plan 990 application since June 2012.I would be very happy if you would grant my request for a PLDT line. I had been calling 171 hotline and followupmy application every now and then, but they always tell me that there are no lines available in our area.I would appreciate if you could solve the problem. I live at Palmera Nova East Camarin, Calloocan.

I hope for your prompt attention regarding this matter.

Thank you and more power.

Sincerely yours,
Gem
