PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC) appointed Manuel Mendoza as new Vice President of Treasury and Planning Division

At the special meeting of the Board of Directors of PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC) held on March 2, 2012, Atty. Manuel Calip Mendoza, was appointed as new Vice President for Treasury and Planning Division.

Atty. Mendoza's professional background involves an eighteen year stint with Philippine National Bank wherein he assumed various positions, the last of which was executive Vice President for Controllership Group, general Services and personnel (1998-2001)

Atty. Mendoza was also the President of Philippine Bank (1995-1997) and the President and CEO of Centennial Savings Bank (1997-1998)

Atty. Mendoza earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Philippines (1958).
