PASRDC is a company that has mining claims and interest in Palawan.
The Parties agreed to execute a more definitive Agreement containing the Terms of Reference for the Consortium within thirty (30) days.
The board also approved the following corporate actions:
- Organizing a new subsidiary that will be involved in the operations of e-bingo outlets and other forms of entertainment;
- Increasing the authorized capital stock of its subsidiary, Digigames, Inc., from Php50,000,000.00 to Php350,000,000.00, through the declaration of a 150% stock dividend, and changing the par value of its shares from P100.00 to P0.25 each.
The board also accepted the resignation of Ms. Ana Maria A. Katigbak as director, and elected Mr. Raul Ma. F. Anonas as regular director.
Ms. Katigbak will continue to serve as Asst. Corporate Secretary to the Company.
