Splash Corporation approves the acquisition of Moondish Foods Corporation & the authority to enter a joint venture agreement with GlobalSky

The Board of Directors of Splash Corporation, a known manufacturer of health and household products in the Philippines, held a regular meeting on September 14, 2012 at the Board Room of W-Office Building, 11th Avenue corner 28th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City with all the Directors being present.
At the said meeting, the Board approved the following resolutions:
  • Approval of the Acquisition of 100% of Moondish Foods Corporation with a maximum acquisition cost of Php33 million;
  • Authorizing the company to enter into a joint venture agreement with GlobalSky Company Limited up to a maximum participation of 40% at a price of $1.46 million
