The Philippine National Construction Corporation (PNCC) Board of Directors, during its meeting held last March 15, 2012, appointed Att. Vernette U. Paco as Acting Corporate Secretary of the Company in view of the approved leave of absence up to April 1, 2012 of PNCC's Corporate Secretary Atty. Alex G. Almario.

About Philippine National Construction Corporation (PNCC)

Philippine National Construction Corporation (PNCC) was originally incorporated as Construction Development Corporation of the Philippines (CDCP) on November 22, 1966. The company's primary purpose was to carry on the conduct of a general contracting business with a private or government agency or instrumentality as related to construction. On February 23, 1983, the corporate name of CDCP was changed to its current one.
