Ang concern ko po bakit kanina pagka sahud namin October 24 2017 kumuha na naman ulit worth of 3,093.88. Ano po ang maging action niyo sa problema ko?

Hi good day!!!asko ko lang po kung possible po ba ako makakuha ng ticket para sa anak sa mismong airport..2 yrs old lang po sya kaya kahit po wala ng seats available ok lang.i think kasi hindi na sya available online if meron man sobrang mahal na.possible ba mabilhan ko sya before flight on may 6,9:35 am.thanks

AHi.I have a concern regarding my sisters baggage.She went to Kuwait last Feb 9 she have a hand carry and 15kilos baggage with her.But when she was in kuwait already her 15kilos baggage was lost . The cebu pacific airline told her to wait after 26 days.. but guess what until now she doesnt receive antything or any updates from ur company.What should we do now? Thanks
