To whom it may concern,

Good morning!

I would like to ask some clarification since I find it hard to connect into your sales representative.

First, I booked three persons yesterday namely:
1. Mitzi Emme T Gonzales
2. Russel S Rosales
3. Abner B Quisquis

Travel time:
July 5-8,2012

Total amount billed and paid: Php 4,240, 20
Confirmation number: 2401 1305 6590 49

I paid the same amount with a debit card (Megalink) with account number: 10 116 002 793 2.

As I've checked my booking status, an error has popped up saying I had a duplicate booking in your system. I badly need your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

I wanted to emphasize that I already paid the amount due for this booking.

Dear Cebu Pacific:

This is Ms. Annie Canoy Tangpos of the Department of Labor and Employment CARAGA Regional Office, Butuan City. I would like to make an appeal to convert the amount I paid for booking to a TRAVEL FUND. Below are the scenarios which I related to your customer assistant Sarah in Manila during a call this morning (at around 9:30):

- I revisited my emails to print my itinerary for my Butuan-Cebu, Cebu-Butuan flights on December 15 and 17 respectively. I was shocked to find out that I had a DOUBLE BOOKING which means I paid twice for the same travel with the same passengers, the same date and the same plane. I really forgot that I already booked for a one way travel on January 20, 2012. Maybe because of the months which already lapsed and the many bookings I administered for my family members, I missed flight details.

- I booked for a Butuan-Cebu flight with conformation number HFV8YR on January 20, 2012 for guests JOHN RITCHE A. TANGPOS, ANNIE C. TANGPOS, DARREN DANIEL C. TANGPOS and DAVE DUDLEY C. TANGPOS. Thru BDO, I paid the amount P1,774.08.

- Supposedly, I just needed to have our Cebu-Butuan booking. I just learned that I also had a booking on September 13, 2012 with the same guests. With confirmation number S3FI8L , my booking has the following information: Butuan-Cebu, flight 5J-220 December 15, 2012, Cebu-Butuan, flight 5J-219 December 17, 2012. I paid at BDO a total of P4,954.88. This means I have a double booking for my Butuan to Cebu flight.

Sarah told me that Cebu Pacific cannot convert my P1,774.08 payment to a travel fund because my ticket is a promo and it is non-refundable and non-rebookable. I told her I have been a frequent customer/flyer of Cebu Pacific and in my entire life as a traveller, this is the first time that I forgot my bookings. She told me it is my responsibility and not of the company if I double booked! I understood very well that it was my fault but I would like to tell you it was really an honest mistake. I FORGOT. I also told her that your online booking system requires every guest to provide personal information. Why is it that my booking was not detected? Sarah told me that NO because maybe other person with the same name as mine might also have the same booking. I FOUND THIS ANSWER A BIG EXCUSE WITHOUT VALIDITY. Do you mean an ANNIE CANOY TANGPOS WITH A BIRTHDAY JULY 26, 1974 and an ADDRESS exactly the same as mine IS ANOTHER PERSON? Could I therefore say that your system needs enhancement?

Sir/Madam, 1,774.08 is just a very small amount. However, I expected Cebu Pacific to be customer satisfaction focused company. Maybe you would not consider this appeal if ALL THE TIME the customers are making the same excuses... or having the same circumstances. But NO. Who would like to double book? I think none because that no one has the luxury of spending for things he or she could not enjoy.

Anyway, I still appreciated Sarah for telling me to email the customer service. Maybe you will hear my side. I HOPE THIS SMALL AMOUNT BE CONVERTED TO A TRAVEL FUND. I apologize for this mess but as what I told you I really forgot and I have no other intentions whatsoever.

good pm cebu pac. im from zamboanga city. i found out that there's nomain office here in zc. my classmates and i want to ask an OR but unfortunately the ticketing office (JABE'S Travel and TOUR,) where we purchased our tickets just gave us an itenerary receipt. the DOST-Manila is asking for an OR. accordingly, the OR of the said office is still in proccess. di ba po upon opening, the store must have all the requirements needed? pls help us.

I made several bookings online for our cadets with the following confirmation numbers:
T3I59L, F62NJC, OY4MFG, KEEMHH, DD5SQK and IDGMNK using my Cebu Pacific Citibank card.
Unfortunately, the said card was accessed without my permission. When I received my statement of account
there’s one Cebu Pacific booking that was not authorized by me. With this, I made a dispute letter to Citibank to cancel
that booking. It was banks policy that when the client report this kind of incident they will automatically inactivate the account,
my card was replaced with new credit card number. Few days after I have reported this to Citibank, Ive got a txt message and email messages from Cebu Pacific
saying that above booking were invalidated due to unauthenticated credit card. However, these bookings was confirmed and I have to pay the amount due to
nearest ticket office or upon check in. I actually understand that you are just making sure that these bookings were authorized by me so I just waited for my next
billing statement expecting that I will be receiving refund from Citibank since I immediately paid my card after I booked online.
Unluckily, I received no refund and when I called Citibanks customer service they told me that these transactions were all paid by them to Cebu pacific.
I have been talking to several customer service agents of Cebu Pacific but according to them in your system the remarks were these transactions need to be paid
Attached are my billing statements as proof that I have settled it already and the messages I got from you.
I hope you could help me on this, Cadets will be leaving 1st week of October.
