Requirements needed to claim your towed vehicle:
  1. Certificate of Registration (C.R.)
  2. Official Receipt (O.R.) of vehicle

  • From Php 1,600.00 to Php 2,000.00 plus storage fee if vehicle was claimed after cut-off time the following day - towing fee and administrative penalty.

1. Proceed to STAF Office to get request for release and present certificate of registration (C.R.) and Official Receipt (O.R.) of vehicle

2. Issue request for release and give the blue copy of the Traffic Citation Ticket (TCT)

2. Present certificate of Registration (C.R.) and Official Receipt (O.R.) to any authorized Police Officer at the Investigation Section, 2nd Floor, CITOM main bldg. and have request for released signed.
3. Authorized Police Officer checks the Certificate of Registration (CR) and Official Receipt (OR) and signs the request for release.

3. Proceed to TVB Ground floor, Window 1 and 2.



4. Hand-out request for release, Certificate of Registration (C.R.) and Official Receipt (O.R) and blue copy of the Traffic Citation Ticket (TCT) to the cashier.
4. Encode apprehension on the computer and print out the traffic violation.

5. Hand-out the print-out of the violation, Traffic Citation Ticket (TCT), Certificate of Registration (CR), Official Receipt (OR) of the vehicle and request for release to the client and advise them to photocopy the aforementioned documents on copy each and come back to TVB after
