| 3. Go to the respective consultation section in the OPD, Eye Clinic, Dental Clinic as your name is called or it is your turn for physical examination. | 5. Evaluates the patient’s condition by asking questions regarding patient’s health status & conducts physical examination, submits patient for laboratory work–up if necessary and determines health status of the detainee. 6.
