2. Assesses payment of the request.


3. Pay at the Cashier located at the ground floor
3. Issues Official Receipt.

4. Go back to MICS
& give Official receipt (OR) to plotting specialist.
3. Photocopies the OR.

4. Schedules the pick up of the map.
