This service is available to all senior citizens even if he/she is not a resident of Cebu City. The objective is to provide the senior citizen with the said purchase slip that he/she needs to avail of the twenty percent (20%) discount in the purchase of medicines. This service is in accordance to Administrative Order No. 177, Series of 2004, V. par 4, Sub-par B.1.3, of the Department of Health that requires the presentation of the purchase slip (booklet) where all purchases of medicines shall be recorded.
