Dear mam/Sir Hindi ko po mapapalitan ang BDO ATM ko sa ngayon kasi dito pa ako sa KSA. To whom it may concern, Please tell me what to do, My problem is about my ATm card which I gave to my girlfriend in zamboanga city, unfortunately, she was in bdo to withdraw some money , then the atm card fall into the machine, and she cannot claim it because it was my name indicated there.. The branch manager said that my girlfriend cannot claim the said Atm, they will forward my Atm to the Bdo Poea branch.. please pm me in my e mail if the bdo zamboanga city branch forward to you my atm card and i will claim it by myself...Thanks and more power...God bless us all.
