Shoutout sa isang teller ng BDO Starmall Alabang na laging naka jacket. She is sitting second from the left side. You showed us the Bad Customer Service experience. I recommended BDO to my brother and his wife to open an account which is Kabayan savings account as I had a good and smooth online banking on mine. They are both OFW in Canada and I am an OFW in Dubai. We came home for Christmas this year. So being OFW, we precious are time here in Philippines.

We came to BDO starmall alabang today to open an account, we asked for a queu number. We got a one number kasi mag asawa naman ang mag oopen ng account. So, ang Kuya ko ay na highblood na at sabi sa teller na di wag kung ayaw niyo kami i assist walang problema. At nagsimula na mag walk out ang kuya ko. But i continued to asked the teller, how you will say that? I have existing savings account at nakapag open ako sa BDO Evia Las Pinas. Then si teller aynatulala at hindi na alam ang isasagot. Sa galit ng kuya ko, he asked me to leave the branch together with his wife and son.

We reside in Victoria Homes Tunasan. Sa hindi nakakaalam, ang place namin is far from Tunasan Proper at ang convenient na puntahan namin ay ang Alabang via daang hari. For me, as a customer service also in Dubai, we should listen and accommodate well the customers on their needs. Pinakita mo samin na tamad kang mag trabaho at ang pagiging bastos ng pag uugali. I dont mind BDO, they are still our choice. But this teller must face her consequences, she washes the good reputation of the bank.
