Hi. Good Day! I just want to inquire if how's the process if i already have a booked ticket scheduled this February 1 2017 and i want to add an additional passenger , i'm decided to bring my son with me who is 4 years old together with my daughter who is already booked with my name this February, she's 1 year old. I would just like to follow up on the promised refund on my sister's unused ticket and excess baggage charges due to your cancellation of flights. Can I get the money back? I have already a ticket online which I showed to Dumaguete but declined at I cannot go with the flight if I cannot pay 5,000, that's why I'm forced to pay. My BF said that my ticket has been ok'ed since her credit card was being deducted...
