Hi,

I've talked to an agent last Saturday about my complaint and made me fill up the guest services form. This morning, the agent (Sir Jun) asked me to go to robinsons fuente cebu pacific office to follow up since he is on his day off today. But I am currently in Bohol and I need to know asap about the response of the guest services.
