I'm just one of your clients and I officially processed my transaction a while ago at your bank. just a payment for updating my taxes in BIR. Unfortunately, I felt so embarrassed when one of your TELLER repeatedly told me to fill-up all the information needed on the payslip! Since it was my first time, I know that all information needed on the payslip form was written already, and as first timer, i never wrote anything that I wouldn't know because I do believe that the employee will be the one to assist us. But instead, he keep on telling me to fill it out completely without assisting us what's the correct info to write.
Tatlong beses po akong bumalik sa kanya para sabihin na ok na sir. nailagay ko na lahat ng alam ko. Pero napahiya po ako ng sobra sa mga sinabi nya at pakiramdam ko nagmukha akong tanga kanina. Thankful nalang ako sa isang babaeng teller na siya mismo ang nag assist sakin. Siya mismo nagsabi na yung BIR pala hindi sinulatan ng write info yung FORM 0605 ko kung saan nandun pala ang sinasabi ni sir na dapat ilagay ko.
As a client po we do expect that you will assist us for a right manner na hindi kami napapahiya. I regret not to know his name, but I suggest please don't do it anymore to other clients.
