The paint job is horrible.We purchased our car from our CreditUnion.I contacted Hyundai Fountain Valley California,no help at all.We have purchased numerous Hyundai cars. i bought my car accent in 2012. in 2013, the clutch lining was having trouble already and had to be replaced. now, march 2014, it won't start even if the battery is still ok. nobody from the hyundai office here could answer why this happened. now im beginning to think my car was not brand new when i bought it.

You may make nice vehicles but your service and dealerships are awful in the U.S. There is just so long you can ride on that car of the year bs! The vehicles have blind spots which you have not taken car of even after a number of complaints. The worst dealership by far is LIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their sales people in my opinion stink and lie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just want to say that we own a 2012 Hyundai sonata and that there is a blind spot on the drivers side and I have heard this from a number of sonata owners, in fact my daughter was going to buy one until she drove ours. two weeks ago I stopped at a stop sign and looked both ways but because of the blind spot I did not see the other car and as I made the right turn we were hit by another car. thankfully we were not hurt but the car has quite a bit of damage to it. eventually I would like to buy another Hyundai but would have to be sure the blind spot has been taken care of
YOUR GOLABL SERVICE IS WORSE SERVICE I EXPERIENCE. WITH REGARDS TO COMPLAINT YOUR PEOPLE DOESNT ANSWER THE EMAIL AND CALL NO USE TO EMAIL THE PERSON IN CHARGE IN PHILIPPINES BECAUSE NOBODY MANNERS TO ANSWER THE COMPLAINT.
On August 2011, we acquire a motor vehicle with plate number TUI 379 , Hyundai Tucson Theta II model 2011 with running kilometer of 15,000 as of Sept 2012. Unfortunately , the vehicle has not been satisfactory because of the following experience during the usage of the unit: Power windows malfunctioned: cannot operate to close or open all the windows (normalized after the car engine has been turned off) Air-conditioning malfunctioned ; only the fan working but the cooling system was not functioning ( normalized after the car engine has been turned off) Odometer display freezes during the car was running and it revert back to normal after starting the engine from the car park. Experienced twice that the odometer RPM automatically deflects/varies even the car was on stationary mode (Shift knob on neutral mode). A ticking sound underneath of the shift knob when slowly releasing the brakes (either D or R shift gear) The worst scenario we experienced when it malfunctioned during the vehicle was running , the unit went into a stall resulting the brakes and other mechanism not properly functioning. The vehicle was towed due to engine won’t start and turned over to Hyundai Pasig, Philippines to inspect/evaluate/repair of the said vehicle.
We would appreciate it if you could organize to have the problem fixed and hope you can provide the reason or cause for the said performance of the Hyundai Tucson Theta to ensure the safety of my family in transporting them to desired destination and also this might happened or help to other Tucson vehicle user.

I have 24,000 miles on my 2007 tucson which i paid cash for and now i'm told i need 4 new tires. they should last at least 40 to 50 miles. i think hyundai should stand behind these tires and replace them, if they don't respond i will not buy an other car and will not recommend it to my friends. up til now i was very pleased with the car. expect to hear from you. this car was purchased at the dealer that is now in danvers, massachusetts. jan englehardt
