I'd like to know if you're already on-line now. Yesterday afternoon I went there to pursue my subscription and pay the required fees, but was informed that you were offline, and there's no phone number from which I can call first to check. Please advise asap.
My name is indicated above! my phone number is 9626503. I applied july 7 2013, product was activated july 21,2013 (I KNOW YOU CAN PULL OUT THIS INFORMATION SO YOU CAN VERIFY YOURSELF!) I talked with a girl around 8pm she told me I CAN STILL AVAIL THIS GREAT PAY DAY SALE!!!!!!!!!!!!! but it turns out she lied about this and didn't gave me the correct information!!
1st, i have this first bill which indicates a subtotal of 1608.80 which is beyond FROM what I expected. When YOUR agent told me to avail a 999 plan with free wifi, phone and an installation fee worth 500 which is indicated in my customer information sheet! so how come that I had this 1,608 bill?? When I look at the service and other charges i had a TOTAL OF 2,055.23!! that is way beyond what your sales agent told me!!!! ALSO, she didn't even told me that NOVALICHES QUEZON CITY IS A HIGH RISK AREA which will cause me to pay an additional 500 pesos!!! (which your customer service representative told me dated august 13)
IT IS CLEAR THAT YOUR SALES AGENT IS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS AND MADE YOUR CUSTOMER SUFFER FROM THIS INCOMPETENCY! AND GAVE ME A LOT OF MISLEADING INFORMATION JUST TO GET A SALE! What's wrong with you people?? We customers tried to trust you with the good service you provide but what do we get?? a fraudulent sale? or what have you?? I will be expecting your answer regarding this matter. settle this immediately. I don't want to cause you any trouble but its clear your not doing your job well enough.
