I DID OPEN AN ACCOUNT LAST AUGUST 2,2018,AT THE TELLER,SABI NIYA,IT WILL TAKE 2 WEEKS TO GET THE CARD WITH MY AUTHORIZED BEARER.UNFORTUNATELY,UNTIL NOW,HE STILL COMING BACK TO THE BANK AND NO CARD.I KEPT A HANDWRITTEN NOTE FROM THE TELLER AND SHE NEVER ISSUES RECEIPT.I WOULD LIKE TO FOLLOW UP MY REQUEST FURTHERMORE.THANK YOU
