To whom it may concern,
I am emailing in regards to my deceased father's account (Nelo Alminaza Sanchez DOB: 08-26-1943 - 74y/o at the time of his death). I am Hazel De Ausen Sanchez (44 y/o), his oldest daughter, who lives here in California (USA). My mother (Maria Nida Mendoza De Ausen-Sanchez (63 y/o) - who lives in Kentucky USA and going home to Filomena Subd. San Rafael Tarlac on May 19, 2018) who is long separated from my father, have an interest on his money, together with my sister (Mitzie Sanchez-Pescador (43 y/o) who is also residing at Gate 3 Filomena Subd. San Rafael Tarlac. They are both planning to FORGE my signature to authorize the withdrawal of my father's account. I WILL NOT and HAVE NOT given anyone authorization to withdraw my father's account. My father only has 2 children, I, Hazel De Ausen Sanchez (44y/o) and my younger sister, Mitzie De Ausen Sanchez-Pescador (43y/o). My father intentionally named the account ONLY to his name because he found out that my mother was having an affair when we were in elementary. My father actually verbalized that he does not want my mother to get his money though he neglected to notarized that in his account. My mother had a history of stealing more than a thousand dollars from my father in the early 80's. If my mother and sister really wants to withdraw my father's money, all the 3 of us should be present in your local bank (NO AUTHORIZATIONS ALLOWED). I am NOT authorizing my mother (Maria Nida De Ausen Sanchez) and my sister (Mitzie De Ausen Sanchez-Pescador) to withdraw my father's account without my presence. If in the event that I CANNOT APPEAR in your bank within the time frame given, my father is happy to donate the said money to the government. My email is hazeldsanchez@yahoo.com. You can email me anytime and I usually respond fast. I would appreciate it if you would call me between 6pm-10pm M-F California time (9am-1pm Tarlac time). I would be out of the country (going on vacation to Denmark) from June 8-15, 2018 but I will still be able to receive emails. If you need documents to prove that I am a daughter of Nelo Alminaza Sanchez, I would be happy to provide you via email or however you prefer. Thank you for your consideration.
