Here is the promo of puregold libertad... I was here a while ago and the representative there told me it is out of stock... I told that lady its my 3rd time you always said NO STOCK,,,, and that promo is removed... Had you seen the receipt it was clearly there....so means puregold did this on purpose to make us buyer buy the promos then afterwards wyen we claim you will say no stock and removed... Can I ask if its acceptable excuse. How can you run promo without stock??? I think its stupidity dont you think so? To think that it was my 3rd timeeee for goodness sake. Explain this as professional thinking and reasoning.... Not that girl explained to me you know we already told that and the head office not yet removed that and were always here to blame... It her job, she paid for that why telling me those things.... Annoying experience EVER....... Hope DTI can deal with this promotions without goodsss

I just want to know where I can claim the other bag of items I bought last night as I thought that everything that I bought was already in one bag. I just found out that I left the following items when I got home.

Here are the items:
