I have send this concerned message regarding my window glass order which seems like all are not correct base on what i said to ma’am and the guy who took the measurement of my house windows, first they sending aluminum materials with black color, they started installing without informing us but we accepted these but after they been mounted the aluminum frames in second floor, they stop working about 4 days so i have to send my relative in your office to ask on what’s going on with the installation, fortunately your staff with name Raquel is also 1 of our families member and she said they temporarily stop the installation because of materials problem, there is no glass available for our house. Suddenly on the next day, they delivered the glasses and already with frames in my house, so we are surprisingly reacted specially my wife because we thoughts that there is no glass available and how come in just 1 night they made assembling all those frames with glasses, but the big problem is the glass color is bronze and our order is dark grey, and they twisted my statement before about what color that i wanted and instead the wrote bronze on their quotation. Where did you get this color? were went many glass installer and even 1 of the biggest glass installer in the city for a quotation and all these were specifically mentioned a dark grey color with normal brown aluminum frames, aside that there is some windows that we need to have 3 slides glass and glass must have an individual’s slot but what we saw is two sliding glass in 1 frame, Sir, Ma'am this not a small amount of money involved here so please just place my order correctly base on our verbal negotiation before, be trusted its other.
