Sir/Madam:

I purchased a NOVA television at SM Sta. Mesa’s appliance center on November 25, 2015.

However, there are several complaints I would like to express regarding my purchase. There are times when the speaker of the unit doesn’t work. Also, I would like to complain about the false advertisement for the reason that when we tested the unit at home, the quality of the images on the screen was not clear.

For the inefficiencies to occur by a prominent company like yours is truly unexpected. It caused us great inconvenience that we are still experiencing up to this day. Could you kindly please fix or replace it into a new one, if possible?
