A.    FOR CONCRETE FIGURES AND PEDESTALS:

1     Dry cleaning by brushing with nylon bristled brush;

2.    Washing with detergent soap, sponge, and water, or wiping with cotton rags, water and cleansing liquid;

3.    Surface preparation for repainting (sand paper, palette scrapper, nylon bristled brush)

4.    Spot repairs and patch up work

B.    FOR BRONZE MONUMENT FIGURES:
1.    Cleaning with soap and water to remove dirt, grease and bird droppings;

2.    Wipe and shine with cotton rags:

3.    Warning! Do not apply any chemical based solution or tratment, especially if the subject monument is a masterpiece artwork by a national artist or famed sculptor. C.    FOR COLD CAST BRONZE (SYNTHETIC BRONZE) WITH FIBERGLASS AND BRONZE POWDER
1.    Cleaning with soap and water to remove dirt, greese and bird droppings;

2.    Repaint with bronze paint.
D.    FOR MARBLE AND GRANITE FIGURES AND PEDESTALS:
1.    Cleaning with soap and water;

2.    Sewing machine oil and fine sandpaper to remove stains.
E.    FOR BRASS MARKERS, PLAQUES AND LETRASETS:
1.    Sanding with very fine Sandpaper #1000

2.    Do not use metal polish!
F.    FOR STAINLESS STEEL MARKERS, PLAQUES AND LETRASETS:
1.    Sanding with very fine Sandpaper #1000

2.    Do not use metal polish
G.    FOR CAST IRON MARKERS:
1.    Dry cleaning with steel brush;

2.    Check for loose or missing lag screw; tighten or replace when necessary;

3.    Repainting with quick dry enamel (QDE):
i. Apply black QDE on entire marker using paint brush, and allow to dry.

ii. Apply white QDE with small foam pad on all texts and other portions to be whitened; likewise, the reds, the blues and the yellows.
H.    FOR CONCRETE AND MASONRY PLATFORMS:
1.    Platform cleaning;

2.    Check platform surface for damages and unevenness; repair when necessary;

3.    Replace paver block or floor tiles when necessary;

4.    Use appropriate color scheme so that the platform shall be in harmony with the Monument.
I.     FOR SITE IMPROVEMENT:
1.    Keeping improvement as simple as possible. The purpose of the improvement is to enhance and give due prominence to the Monument;

2.    Cleaning and removal of obstructions and unwanted materials;

3.    Trimming of trees, plants and bushes;

4.    Grass cutting;

5.    Watering of plants and grass lawns;

6.    Removal of billboards in and around the area;

7.    Removal of kioks and stalls.
