The Brentwood College of Asia International School will hold the
National Leadership and Management Conference 2011 with the theme
" Leading Yourself to Lead Others” at the Regent Hotel, Naga City on
November 10-12, 2011. This activity is co-sponsored by the Step Up
International Inc., Manila.
The conference aims to: - keep the participants to be abreast with the leadership qualities inherent among successful leaders and managers as well as exploring their styles and behaviors;
- achieve good management and administration skills which will enable the participants to function effectively in a complex and dynamic environment;
- discover alternative leadership and management strategies which are relevant, effective and timely; and
- empower the participant-leaders with the knowledge on how to become effective team builders.
The target participants are legislators, local government officials, directors and representatives of the Department of Education (DepEd) and Commission on Higher Education (CHED), school administrators, department heads, principals and supervisors in all educational levels, faculty members and human resource (HR) personnel. A registration fee of Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP3,500.00) will be charged to each participant inclusive of modules, meals, kit, and certificate of participation.
