The School of Teacher Education (STE), Saint Louis University (SLU), Baguio City will conduct the National Seminar-Workshop on K to 12 Curriculum and Mother Tongue-Based Multilingual Education with the theme "Retooling Teachers’ Competenies at the Forefront of K to 12 Curriculum and Mother Tongue-Based Multilingual Education” on October 25-28, 2012 at the Prince Bernhard Hall, SLU, Baguio City.
The Seminar-Workshops aims to: - highlight the salient features of the K to 12 Curriculum;
- observe the participants on lesson demonstration in teaching content subjects using the mother tongue-based multilingual education; and
- demonstrate to them the use of mother tongue in educating the learners.
The target participants to this activity are preschool, elementary, and secondary teachers from both public and private schools.
