The Philippine Educational Measurement and Evaluation Association (PEMEA) will conduct the Pre-Conference Workshops on August 8 and the International Conference on Educational Measurement and Evaluation (ICEME) with the theme "Educational Assessment in a Multicultural Learning Environment” on August 9-11, 2012 at the SEAMEO¬INNOTECH, Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City.
