The Metropolitan Medical Center through the College of Arts, Science and Technology (MMC-CAST) offers a free Seminar on Basic Life Support on all Saturdays from June 2012 to March 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon for the morning session and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for the afternoon session at the MMC-CAST Campus, Sta. Cruz, Manila.
The Seminar aims to prepare the high school students in the calamity and disaster preparedness campaign to become useful citizens and globally competitive professionals in the field of Medical Tourism.
The Seminar will be led by the registered nurses of MMC-CAST. They will provide the necessary tools and equipment to be used during the seminar.
The target participants to this activity are the students from both public and private secondary schools, specifically the 4th year students.
