Hi Globe, nawala po yung internet connection namin simuna nong October 5, 2021 hanggang ngayon October 7, 2022 na. Wala parin progress ang internet connection ninyo lahat ng trabaho ko ky nag pending simuna nong october 5. Ang sabi mag sesend kayo ng technician pero wala pa rin hanggang ngayon. Since Aug 24, 2021 nawalan na ako ng internet connection, and today is already August 28. I Have reported this several times and up to now hindi pa rin naayos. Kung kailan kayo nag migrate into Fiber saka nagka loko-loko ang internet connection ko. Pati landline hindi na rin magamit.

there are already 3 service technician came to see our internet connection within the span of one week but after checking they notice that there is nothing wrong with the cable and when they left the house, the red blinking light is ON again meaning there is no signal. i think the router is the problem. can somebody help me about this.

bakit nung pinalitan nyo ng fiber yung internet namin sa saka nagkakaproblema???? laging putol-putol ang internet... im in the middle of meeting tapos mawawalan ako ng internet... pwede bang pakibalik na lang sa dati para tuloy tuloy ang internet namin..... nakakainis!!! kung kelan kayo nag upgrade saka naman kayo naging problema sa akin.... balik nyo na lang yung dati kong modem...

I have a concern regarding my simcard Globe Plan. I've discovered that the number associated with the simcard had been used before. In this case, I am having a problem registering to GCASH because they asked security questions which I never filled-in anything nor register yet to GCASH.
