Hi Globe, nawala po yung internet connection namin simuna nong October 5, 2021 hanggang ngayon October 7, 2022 na. Wala parin progress ang internet connection ninyo lahat ng trabaho ko ky nag pending simuna nong october 5. Ang sabi mag sesend kayo ng technician pero wala pa rin hanggang ngayon. Tapos sisingil kayo ng completong bayad pagkatapos ganito yung serbisyo ninyo.

Since Aug 24, 2021 nawalan na ako ng internet connection, and today is already August 28. I Have reported this several times and up to now hindi pa rin naayos. Kung kailan kayo nag migrate into Fiber saka nagka loko-loko ang internet connection ko. Pati landline hindi na rin magamit. Paki ayos na lang soonest please.
