This is the MetrobankDirect Website: https://personal.metrobankdirect.com. This is where you log-in everytime you want to access your accounts and do some online banking services.

Steps on How to Enroll in Metrobank Online Banking Service (MetrobankDirect Retail)

Step 1

It is required that you already have an account with Metrobank. If it's your first time to open an account with Metrobank, don't forget to include also your application for Metrobank Online Banking (MetrobankDirect). Only individual or joint accounts are eligible to enroll or apply for online banking (corporate accounts have different online banking service). Have a personal appearance in a Metrobank branch/office.
 
Another option is you can enroll directly through Metrobank's online banking website (https://www.metrobank.com.ph/). On the homepage of Metrobank website, you can see the MetrobankDirect box located on the upper-right side of the website. Click the Enroll Now link to enroll. This online enrollment is the easiest way to enroll your account to online banking. You don't need to go to the following steps (Step 2 and so on..) below if you enroll online.

Step 2

If you personally enroll in the bank, fill out the Metrobankdirect enrollment form given to you by a bank officer.

Step 3

Create a unique Customer ID in your enrollment form and enter your working or active email address.

Step 4

After filling out the enrollment form, you will be given a Password Mailer (containing your initial password that you are going to use when you log-in to MetrobankDirect)

Step 5

Within 2 to 3 days, you will receive a confirmation letter from Metrobank in your email address you indicated in the enrollment form. The confirmation letter contains a short Welcome message and your Customer ID. This letter also confirms that you are now activated and you can now do online banking services of MetrobankDirect Retail.

Step 6

To access your accounts, go to Metrobank's website: www.metrobank.com.ph. Click the link "Personal" in the metrobankDirect right sidebar of the website. Upon clicking, you will be redirected to a different webpage: https://personal.metrobankdirect.com

Step 7

In https://personal.metrobankdirect.com, enter your Customer ID and password to log-in.

I'm trying to reach out where to find the registration form for online banking but I couldn't find it. I'm out of the Philippines. I've just opened it recently on vacation. I wish there another way for online registration. I think metrobank have good services. I hope there's a second option. My next vacation might take awhile.

Hi!

I wish Metrobank would find a way for us customers to be able to register online instead of going to the Branch who would only accept the application for ONLINE BANKING :( . i live in Quezon City and they said I need to go to Makati to fill out a form. The travel itself will eat up much of my time plus . I rarely go to Makati and its really a hassle. Please? Is there any way for our bank to look this up for you customer's convenience? menandro, yes, you can apply an online banking service of Metrobank even if you are not in the Philippines but you must personally visit a Metrobank representative office in the foreign country where you currently live and ask for assistance for online banking enrollment.

Metrobank doesn't provide information regarding ATM Payroll account but they do have MetrobankDirect Corporate account that provides payroll service. For inquiries on metrobankdirect Corporate transactions, you may call Metrobank E-Banking Customer Service Hotline (632) 860-3000 or Domestic Toll-free 1-800-10-860-3000 (for provincial areas only). Or you may e-mail help@metrobank.com.ph .

Hi, is it required that we apply for the online banking in the branch where our atm is issued? Coz in my case, i have a savings account/payslip account issued by my company and i wanted to apply for the online banking so i can constantly check my transactions or to check for my salary. But when i visited a branch they told me that i cannot apply in their branch, but instead they told me i have to go to where my atm is issued which i think is a hassle on my part. Why is it not applying for online banking is not applicable in any branch? I hope you can help me with this issue. Thank you very much.

Ivan, you must go the branch where your company opened your account.

Banks need to verify your identity. If you apply to any branch where you didn't opened an account, they will not accept your online banking application.

You can apply for online banking in any branch if you open first an account in them.
