I thought ako lang may problema sa pag inquire ng balance online using Kabayan Savings. I too have successfully enrolled the account for online banking and have activated using the ATM. I also installed the mobile app to check. But the online banking website says "Function not available at this time....", then sa mobile app nakalagay "Account is Inactive".

Take note: Na receive ko na ang confirmation email na APPROVED na ang enrollment ko

Ask ko lang po if may chance bang maibabalik yung pera after ko po mag withdraw sa isang ATM machine, inside Victory Central Mall Monumento Caloocan City (November 23, 2016) Wednesday 6:55 pm, then nag unable to dispense same thing na nakalagay sa receipt pero nung nagbalance inquiry ulit ako wala na po yung mismong amount na na-withdraw ko, inireport ko na po ito sa mismong branch pero pinatawag lang po ako sa call center hotline then ang sabi 5 days pa po yung investigation.
