Beware of Nigerian Email Scam from Fred Williams | Email address: usembassy@us.gov

In my mail inbox, I receive today another too-good to be true email from a person using the name Mr. Fred Williams with an email address, usembassy@us.gov. This email offers me a large amount of money/fund amounting $14 million dollars. How lucky I am if it's true. This kind of email is a BIG LIE - a SCAM.
