i have a newly installed broadband, plan 899 just last oct 27. acct no 855 088011, under the name of vitaliano a dizon jr, dilkiman-1, san rafael, bulacan. since then up to now, the internet connection is very intermitent. i'm very lucky if i got a connection whenwver i turn on my computer. if i got a connectio, it doesnt last long and will be disconnected. a technician came but didnt do anything, just waited for the connection to be made and left, telling me that for 1 week the servivice will improve

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am so disappointed about the bad service of globe network. Every time I registered to powersurf 50, which have a 1 day unlimited surfing, my browsing speeds are reduced after 9 hours of my registration even I used it for a little duration of time. I don’t understand this kind of service, it is so annoying and it is always happening to me and all the time that I really need the internet. I wanted to check if there is something that can fix the service but if this really the system of the network, I would be better to use another broadband. Please have any response.

I always received a message after a few minutes of working around google that you will lower my surfing speed.

Almost one week na akong nagkaproblema sa pagsend ng email with attachment hanggang ngayon di parin naayos.. tuwing tatawag ako laging sinasabi di daw sa globe ang problema.. Nag try akong magkonek to other network pero nag send naman.. gamit ko na client eudora at outlook express...

Hi Gud day! Gosto ko lang po itanong kung mag pa cut ng line sa internet bakit po merong charges eh more than 1 year na kami naka gamit sa internet. Ang alam ko kc anywere in the world pag natapos muna ang one year contract wla ka ng babayaran charge kung ipa cut muna ang internet connection pag more than one year na tapos na ang contract. Bakit ngayon gosto kuna cya ipa cut ngayon hiningian ako ng 2,500 pesos para sa cut lang? Bakit ganito ang policy ng globe parang sa ganitong paraan nag binabayaran ko ang 2 and 1/2 months sa total amount na yan. Samantalang ang monthly ko lng 999 pesos per month. Please give me the answers... Thanks!

please pwede po ba na maging bilisan po ang globe system? dito kasi sa mindanao pag gumagamit ako ng globe internet napaka bagal talaga,minsan po umaabot papo ng 5hrs bago ma open bakit naman po ganito?

pareho walang live agent na sasagot mga gago dapat sa greetings palang notify nyo na nag sysytem upgrade kayo GMA wide.

putik na globe kayo! 2 ang internet service ko sa inyo, wala man lang kayo pasabi na mag ddrown ang internet nyo. mga P@#$%^ kayo! kahit pa hating gabi ng sabado, ang maintenance ninyo may mga email address naman kayo ng mga customers nyo mag notify kayo mga gago kayo! buti nalang may 10mbps ako connection sa PLDT at 3MB sa Sky mga walang utak!

NAKAKA BWISIT!! NAGBABAYAD AKO NG 990 para sa 1mbps! mas mabilis pa yung dating pldt na 384kbps plan! grabe!! nag globe chat support din ako.. Hindi nila daw alam kung bket! tang ina yan! kung gusto nio mabadtrip araw-araw mag subcribe na kayo sa puang inang globe na yan!

Hello, mga chat support nyu wla kwenta still now. I've been browsing for ages here looking for some chat support from globe and I did actually also call for help 211.. Kaso wala pa rin wala pa rin kwenta.. Di ba dapat liable kayo dito? anu man yan. I thought you're customer service/assistance is 24 hours and with quality work.. Salita lng ba yun para maenganyo ang mga tao na maginstall sa inyo? anu man yan I prove nyu naman na mali ako. Thanks.

may problema poh ako sa ip address ko hindi po sya maka connect sa cabal online baka pwede naman papalitan yun ip address ko kasi sa globe tattoo ok naman sya at smart bro nakaka connect ako bakit d2 sa wimax hindi..paki change naman poh yun ip address ko kung pede lang..

ala pa po sang buwan ng kami po may nagpakabit ng internet broadband na may landline ginawa na to ng mga contractor nyo gumana ng mga ilang araw ngyon 4days na di namin uli nagamit tong aming landline di po niyo mabigyan ng action to ng mabilisan???????

im getting 2 solid lights on my modem, 1 is blinking. i tried to bypass my modem and directly connect my pc to the modem but still getting 0.37mbps for the download but normally im getting 1.5 mbps. i made sure that there are no electronic devices near my modem, no obstruction and it's near the window. i deleted cookies, cache and history on my browser, disabled firewall, delete proxy settings. i tried everything but nothing happens. my question is, am i being managed due to heavy usage ( but i don't actually download a lot, i don't even download movies), is it the bandwidth or heavy congestion that made my speed slow, how would we know if there is an outage on our area? can you guys pls notify me if you're having some issues with your tower, i need my internet, i'm using it for my business and i'm really frustrated bec. i'm experiencing slow speed for about 3 weeks now and it's really hard to reach you guys, i tried to call you on your hotline many times. i need this issue resolved as soon as possible and i deserve a credit for the days that you didn't provide good service. can anyone help me??? we are paying the right amount every month and i need someone to resolve this issue!
