i have a newly installed broadband, plan 899 just last oct 27. acct no 855 088011, under the name of vitaliano a dizon jr, dilkiman-1, san rafael, bulacan. since then up to now, the internet connection is very intermitent. i'm very lucky if i got a connection whenwver i turn on my computer. if i got a connectio, it doesnt last long and will be disconnected. a technician came but didnt do anything, just waited for the connection to be made and left, telling me that for 1 week the servivice will improve

I am so disappointed about the bad service of globe network. Every time I registered to powersurf 50, which have a 1 day unlimited surfing, my browsing speeds are reduced after 9 hours of my registration even I used it for a little duration of time. I don’t understand this kind of service, it is so annoying and it is always happening to me and all the time that I really need the internet. I wanted to check if there is something that can fix the service but if this really the system of the network, I would be better to use another broadband. Please have any response.
