i received a text from the sender of an impt document that they have sent it through LBC last July 1...From then on , Itracked it. Last July 8, i read that it will be delivered that day. I waited in vain, the next day, July 9, i read that it was returned to the hub since our address can’t be located...How can that happen? if shopee,lasada orthe food deliveries can find our address, why not LBC? I have a packet which I am trying to collect, but I am having extreme difficulty. The packet came from Puerto Princesa, Palawan, and pick-up branch is at Pasig Simbahan, since May 21. Because of the ECQ, it is only now, that we are trying to pick up the packet of documents. I personally went to the specified branch yesterday, June 4, after confirming that the branch is open until 5PM. However, when I arrived at around 3:30, it was already closed. Today, June 5, I tried again, and arrived before 10:30. The branch was open, but when I entered, I was told services are already cut-off. I was told to come again tomorrow, Saturday, before 8:00, because even before the branch opens, the lines are already very long. How many times do I have to go to try to collect my package?
