I had called BDO last Jan 07, 2020 to trace the replacement cards for my BDO Amex & BDO Mastercard. I was told that it will be delivered the following day but to date I have not received it yet. I had issued an authorization letter at the lobby of Iris Tower Tivoli GArden Residences last Dec 07, 2020 in my behalf & I checked it everyday but to no avail. Please advise. Pangit service ni delivery. Out for Delivery daw per sa system nila nilagay "We tried to deliver your shipment but office was closed. LBC will deliver the next business day." How come close ang office na nakaduty naman ako whole day? in 3 days? at bakit walang initiative si courier to contact the consignee na meron naman nakalagay sa contact details sa Shipment? at kung icontact mo naman ang LBC Express Inc the Facebook para kang tanga wala sila maitulong para malocate mo ang shipment.. mga walang customer service. even the address of the particular team at contact number the can't provide. The deadline for that documents being shipped is today and the lady assisted me in sending this parcel said that it can be delivered on Saturday. But what happened? Tracking the balikbayan box sent through StarKargo and it seems it is just sitting down for a week now at Tarlac delivery team.
